The A.VV. Camping Villas Caravaning La Manga is a non-profit entity established for the management, representation, and defence of the interests of the residents, members, and parcel owners of our complex.

Our mission is to promote the continuous improvement of shared infrastructure, ensure transparency in the management of basic services and supplies (such as the optimization and control of water and electricity), and foster a harmonious and participative coexistence through modern, accessible, and digital communication channels for all our members.

MANAGEMENT TEAM

In compliance with the Associations Act, a Permanent Commission must exist whose function is to govern the Association between plenary sessions. To meet this requirement, in the case of our Association, the Governing Board of the Neighbourhood Association Camping Villas Caravaning La Manga is established. This consists of a Presidency, a Vice-Presidency, a Secretariat, and a Treasury. The Governing Board also includes several board members (vocales), with an established hierarchy so that, in cases of resignation, dismissal, or failure to perform duties by one of the officers, it is clearly set out who will assume their responsibilities. These individual posts are elected for two ordinary inter-plenary periods (one year) through an Extraordinary Meeting of all members, who decide by vote which management team among those running will govern the Association during the following period.

Currently, the management of our association is comprised of the following team:
